Refund Policy for Norristopian Soap:

At Norristopian Soap, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of your purchase date.

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please email us at sandie@welcometonorristopia.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized or custom products.
